Russell Henley claimed his sixth PGA Tour title at the Charles Schwab Challenge in Fort Worth, and his equipment setup is as intriguing as the victory itself — a blend of vintage reliability and fresh additions.

Old Wood, New Win

Henley's driver is a Titleist TSi3 (10.0°), a model that is now six years old. Despite switching to the newer GT3 at last year's Arnold Palmer Invitational, he reverted to the TSi3 for 2026, pairing it with a matching TSi3 4-wood. It's a rare sight on Tour, but clearly still delivers the consistency he needs off the tee.

Fresh Addition: GTS3 7-Wood

The one new piece in his wood setup is the Titleist GTS3 7-wood (21.0°), released just this month and added to his bag two weeks ago at the PGA Championship. It replaces a TSi2 hybrid and fills a critical distance gap in his setup.

Henley's 5–9 irons are the original 2019 Titleist T100 — a testament to how well-fitted equipment can outlast model cycles. His 4-iron is the only exception, now upgraded to the T250.

Henley's Scotty Cameron Phantom X 5 Tour Prototype has remained untouched in the bag. On Sunday, he drained over 100 feet of putts, including four consecutive birdies to close out the tournament. The putter was selected through a fitting with coach Phil Kenyon.
